![]() ![]() ![]() Since a bug was where in the past, so the problem arised with people complaning base version had better visuals. I'd recommend just going with def edition and making sure to double check the ini files to ensure the settings are maxed and appropriate. I've got both versions and also a 144hz monitor. And the other reason being that you can always find the def edition cheaper than buying the DLC on any third party site or steam sale. Same goes for red envelopes being spread throughout game rather than just mindlessly put outside every garage. ![]() And because of this the def edition will not break the game balance, rather the content is tailored to it. While in the def edition you unlock them as you progress in the story and when it comes to costumes buy them from a special store. To elaborate, in the normal game when you buy the DLC you just instantly get acccess to them. The two main reasons for getting the defintive edition over the normal game is due to that all the DLC are better incorporated. However what without a doubt is true is that the definitive edition features more pedestrians. The visuals have been a debated issue, but it's mostly down to getting the right settings. ![]()
